You will manage an allocated workload across a defined patch in the former Sedgemoor area of Somerset and deliver a range of proactive services that respond to the needs and aspirations of our customers. Reporting to the Housing Team Leader for your area, and working with other Teams within the organisation, you will deliver services including the management of anti-social behaviour, letting empty homes, income management and customer engagement and involvement.
