The latest bespoke home to be completed at Butts Corner, North Petherton, was taken on by the Homes in Sedgemoor Development Team this week. […]
Last Wednesday representatives from Environtec, including Regional Operations Manager David Atherton, visited the Hamp Pantry to donate pasta, biscuits, milk and more, all to support the community.
David said: “We were really chuffed to join the pantry team on Wednesday and witness first-hand the time and work the pantry team invest into make this project work. It was truly inspiring to witness. The positive impact that the pantry has to the community, I genuinely can’t put into words. Thank you so much for everything you do and long may it continue.”
Jade from Homes in Sedgemoor, said: “We were really pleased to meet our contractors from Environtec at The Recreation Community Hub at Hamp. After them meeting two of the volunteers from the Food Pantry at the HiS Star Awards , David was so impressed after hearing all the work that they do, he asked if we could arrange a visit as they would like to make a donation, he said that the community spirt was over wheeling, he meet all the volunteers and spent some time chatting, its so lovely to see our contractors show support to such worthy causes that help homes in Sedgemoor tenants, and help bring communities back together.”
