Declaration Of Interest

It is incumbent upon Board members and employees to declare any interests that may have the potential to conflict with their duties and ‘Declaration of Interest’ is a standard agenda item at all our Board and Committee meetings.  All Board members and employees complete our ‘Declaration of Interest’ form at least annually; it is then the responsibility of each individual to update their entry if their situation changes during that year.  All the declared interests are then reviewed annually at Board.
