Homes in Sedgemoor ensures that lifts are regularly inspected, kept safe for use and regularly serviced to minimise the risk of accidents and injuries.

The Homes in Sedgemoor Compliance and Building Safety team carry out visual inspections to the lifts as part of their monthly block inspections.

Our contractor Deltron carries out regular servicing and repairs and Ashdale carries out inspections to ensure that the lifts are maintained to a high standard.  These occur on the following frequencies:
