Christmas events round up

The first Community Christmas event of the year took place at Gibb House where the Hamp Academy choir performed beautiful carols, and attendees were treated to hot drinks and mince pies.

Bob Elston, an involved customer, had the special honour of turning on the tree lights. We would like to extend our gratitude to MD for donating the Christmas tree, and a big thank you to Mike for ensuring we had power and that the tree remained securely in place.

The event was a tremendous success, featuring 10 residents and a remarkable turnout of families who came to support their children in the choir.

Boxing day was also great day for all at General Higgins it started with a boxing morning barbecue breakfast

Then in the afternoon cold meat’s and mash potatoes + barbecue burger and sausages

Thanks to  Paul and Helen Derrick  for making three days of fun over Christmas Eve Christmas Day & Boxing.

Homes in Sedgemoor teamed up with the Hub in Hamp, Bridgwater, to hold a Christmas meal for customers.
