Keeping on top of compliance

The Homes in Sedgemoor team has been doing a fantastic job ensuring compliance by completing Window Restrictor Inspections.

These inspections are vital to the safety of our customers and are also a legal requirement.

Out of 266, 186 inspections have been completed already, with special recognition to Dan Jones who has completed 89 of those alone.

Property Services and Investment Manager Rik Saunders said: “Window Restrictor Inspections are important for ensuring our customers’ safety, and I’m delighted at how quickly colleagues have been getting through this task.
