Plans for Spring handover at Penlea House

We’re delighted to share the latest update on Penlea House, reflecting our commitment to developing new homes which are fit for the future. Externally work is due to commence on the car park, bin store, bike store, and landscaping, while internally construction is progressing well with plastering, painting, and kitchens and bathrooms being fitted. We’re also set to have running water on site next month. Balcony work will commence next month, and we’re on track to handover by the end of March/beginning of April.

Development manager Duncan Harvey said: “With the scaffolding now down, I am absolutely delighted to see the new Penlea House building in all its glory. The preconstruction images simply didn’t do the proposals justice. We are building an impressive modern looking apartment complex.  New residents will be offered the chance to live in an attractive, modern and affordable homes. Not only will the rents be affordable, but the technology used in this project will mean the homes will be affordable to run in terms of heating and power use.  The new homes are expected to be ready for occupation in April.”
