Repair Requests

We would like to advise customers that, due to Storm Eunice and Storm Franklin, we are experiencing a high number of repair requests.

Strong winds from the two storms have caused damage to properties across the district, and with further strong winds today, we expect more repairs to be reported. 

We would like to reassure customers that we are working as hard as we can to fix all repairs, but we are experiencing some delays to our normal repair schedule.

If calling to log a repair, we may ask you more questions about your problem to ensure we are able to prioritise all repairs accordingly.
