We would like to advise customers that we are continuing to work through a backlog of repairs caused by Storm Eunice and Storm Franklin.
Strong winds from the two storms caused significant damage to properties across the district, and we have subsequently experienced a high number of repair requests.
Please be reassured that if you have logged a repair with us following the bad weather, we are working hard to visit your home to fix the problem, but we are experiencing delays to our normal repair schedule. You do not need to contact our Customer Services Team again about your repair, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
We have also been made aware of a shortage of fencing materials, but are working hard to repair broken fences as soon as possible.
If you need to log a new repair, please be aware that we may ask you more questions about your problem to ensure we are able to prioritise all repairs accordingly.
