Repairs Notice

We are pleased to continue our partnership with The MD Group as our repair service contractors. A new contract has been agreed upon and will come into effect on Thursday, December 1, 2022.

As a result of this new contract, we are working very hard to clear any outstanding work before the contract commences.

To help us do this we will only be completing urgent repairs to your homes throughout the remainder of November. 

We understand this may cause slight delays to other works, however, please rest assured that the Same Day Repairs and emergency jobs will not be affected. Larger works for example will be delayed for up to 30 days to help us achieve our target before the new contract comes into effect. 

Health and safety issues or repairs which are causing damage to your home will continue to be carried out as normal. 

We are delighted to announce that, as part of the new contract, a new job booking system will be introduced. The system will allow you to call us to book the Same Day Repair at a time and date of your convenience, so you don’t have to wait all day.
