Reporting your rent changes

You will receive a request from Universal Credit in your journal to report changes to your rent and eligible service charges.

We wrote to you in March 2023 to confirm your rent and service charges for this financial year. Please use this information to complete your journal ‘to-do’ as soon as possible.

Failure to update changes to Universal Credit could result in delays to benefits being paid or not being paid the correct amount.
