Staff get involved with customers at Summer Connect

Giving our customers a strong voice is important to the growth of our business and a key factor to our success. That is why we arranged for Homes in Sedgemoor colleagues to pair up and head out into our communities throughout Sedgemoor and speak to customers face-to-face in their homes as part of this year’s Summer Colleague Connect.

This was a great opportunity to engage and meet our customers to discuss our services and gain valuable feedback. It was also a great chance to get to know our areas more, better understand other colleagues’ roles, and highlight the importance of the one-team approach.

We are in the process of gathering all the customer insights collected by colleagues which we will use to help shape our services to better serve our customers.
