  • Site checks/report defects
  • Fire alarm and legionella testing
  • Litter-picking external areas
  • Sweeping and disinfecting bins, bin rooms and cage areas

Cleaning service – 7 hours per week

Connaught House benefits from a weekly cleaning service, which includes:

  • Sweeping all corridors and stairwells
  • Damp dusting all surfaces, ledges, fixtures and fittings
  • Cleaning of internal glass
  • Mopping of the entrance lobby
  • Disinfecting floors
