We are aware customers are experiencing delays in payments posting to their rent accounts since the payment system changed last week.

Homes in Sedgemoor is working hard with Somerset Council to resolve this issue but please be assured your payments are perfectly safe and will be allocated to accounts as soon as possible.

Here at Homes in Sedgemoor we aim to support all our customers as best we can. There are many issues that you might need additional help with, including antisocial behaviour (ASB), drug issues or domestic abuse.

Here we’ve provided links to further information and advice for some of the most frequently raised issues.

Antisocial Behaviour

The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 defines antisocial behaviour as acting in a manner that has “caused or was likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household”.

Drug Issues – County Lines

County lines is a term used to describe gangs and organised criminal networks involved in exporting illegal drugs. Children and vulnerable adults are likely to be exploited and used to move and store the drugs and money.
